Technology Fees & Lost Chargers

Lost iPad Chargers

  • If a student loses their iPad charger, a replacement costs $33.25. If the student later finds their original charger after receiving a new one, the invoice for the replacement charger will be waived upon the return of the new charger in good, functional condition.
 

Technology Fee

  • The technology fee is $10 per semester and can be paid anytime throughout the school year. Parents may also choose to pay for both semesters upfront.

  • Students who do not pay the technology fee or have outstanding damages (e.g., lost or damaged equipment) will become day users, meaning they can use an iPad at school but cannot take it home. Once payments are complete, the student will be removed from the day-user list.

Second-Semester Payment

  • If it is already the second semester, you do not need to pay for the first semester. Fees are only required for the current semester.

Payment Assistance

  • We offer a $5/week payment option to remove a student from the day-user list. This payment allows the student to take their iPad home for one week.

  • Parents can prepay for multiple weeks. For example, a $15 payment covers three weeks. If no additional payment is made after the paid period, the student will return to day-user status.

Is the Technology Fee Required?

  • The technology fee supports student access to technology both at school and at home. Students who do not pay the fee will be classified as day users and will have access to an iPad during school hours only.
