Good evening, CHASE Middle families! This is Jennifer McBrayer, principal of CHASE Middle School.
Report cards are going digital, so all parents and guardians need an active Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Letters containing personal access codes and activation instructions have been sent home to families without accounts. More information and a help link will be posted with tonight’s transcript.
For sixth-grade families, all trip fundraiser money is due Wednesday. The nonrefundable $50 deposit is due Friday. Students must either pay the deposit or raise at least $50 through the fundraiser to secure a spot on the trip.

Please continue monitoring your student’s current grades in Canvas and contact their teachers with any questions or concerns.
Families who need help creating or accessing a Canvas parent account may use the instructions below. Parents may also request a paper copy of their student’s Canvas grades from the teacher.

👕 Dress Code Reminder
Please continue helping us remind students that shorts and skirts should reach mid-thigh length in the front, back, and on the sides.
We appreciate our families working with us to ensure that students come to school dressed according to our school expectations.
🚌 Sixth-Grade Trip Deadlines
Sixth-grade families should be aware of two important deadlines:

Wednesday, September 23: All fundraiser money is due.

Friday, September 25: The nonrefundable $50 deposit is due.
To secure a spot on the trip, each student must either pay the $50 deposit or raise at least $50 through the fundraiser. Students who do not meet one of these requirements will not have a spot reserved for the trip.
🚗 Afternoon Traffic and Dismissal
Please help us keep our campus safe and accessible before dismissal:

Please do not line up for car rider dismissal before 2:30 p.m.

Please do not check students out after 2:45 p.m. unless it is an emergency.

If you need to enter the building near dismissal, please park in the parking lot and use the crosswalk.

Please do not park in or block the fire lane. It must remain open in case of an emergency.
