Chase Middle End of Year Message and Summer School Reminders
I am amazed of the overall success our students have demonstrated after 15 months of trials and challenges like we have never faced before. I told our parents at the 8th grade awards program that our teachers and students truly are my heroes for overcoming so many challenges over this past year. I also want to take a moment and thank YOU, our parents, for your sacrifices and all you have done to support your child. I know we have asked you to do more than ever before to help you child and you truly raised to that challenge.
I also wanted to remind parents of summer school students that you will receive a reminder call tomorrow, Monday evening with reminders about summer school. We will be using the most updated number you have provided us for this call. Summer school begins Tuesday, June 1st each day from 7:45-3:00pm.
If your child has not returned their iPad and/or charger make sure to bring this to school on Tuesday.
Yearbooks - Delivery and Availability Update
At the moment we have presold all the copies of the yearbook that were ordered. No additional sales can be made. The yearbooks will be delivered later in the summer. We will post udpated information once we recieve a delivery date from the company.
At that time there may be a limited number available for purchase. Yearbook companies normally print a small number of extra copies in case there are folded pages or other problems with the preordered books. When the announcement is sent out that they have arrived it will be announced whether there are extra copies.
Also, take some time Monday to call and tell a veteran “Thank you” for their service to our country and also remember those many who have given their life for the freedoms we enjoy each day! Happy Memorial Day and have a safe and enjoyable summer.
