Attention all 5th-8th grade students interested in playing sports next school year: Take advantage of our free sports physicals on Thursday, April 29th from 3:00 to 4:30p, conveniently scheduled before Open House. Head to the CHASE Middle Gym to get started. Remember, parents/guardians must complete all forms except for the last two pages, the physical examination, which the student should bring along. Don't miss this opportunity, as a current physical is mandatory for sports participation in North Carolina
