Please note that Monday is the last day for students to submit work for the 4th six week grading period. Please have your student log-in to each of their 6 courses in Canvas and ensure they are up-to-date in all subjects.

CHANGE BEGINNING MONDAY, FEBRARY 21ST Face Coverings Within the School Environment
During a specially-called meeting on Friday, February 18th, the Rutherford County Board of Education changed its local policy regarding the use of face coverings within the school environment. Beginning Monday, February 21, 2022, face coverings are optional for students, school employees, and visitors to all Rutherford County Schools facilities, both indoors and outdoors, except as otherwise required by federal orders governing school buses and Head Start programs. (Please note that mask are still required on buses)

Boys and Girls Track & Field
Preseason track workouts will this week February 21st & 22nd from 3:15-4:00 each day. Other dates as follows:
2-28, and 3-1.

HOMEWORK HELP
If your student needs any support, one excellent way is to have them stay 3 days each week for homework support. This is available Tues., Wed., and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00pm.

Mon., Feb. 21st
Breakfast – Pancakes OR cereal
Lunch – cheese quesadilla; baked ziti; blueberry muffin & yogurt fun lunch
- NO Chess Club this week due to the book fair in the media center.
-Final day for 4th six week grading period
- Track workouts– 3:15-4:00pm
-Chase Middle Pirate Council – PTO Meeting -6pm open to any parent who can attend.
Tues., Feb. 22nd
Breakfast – sausage biscuit OR maple burst mini pancakes
Lunch – Choice of main entrée –– chicken ranch wrap; hamburger steak & gravy; cheezy chef salad
