NOTE: ALL TRADITIONAL RUTHERFORD COUNTY ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS STUDENTS WILL BE IN REMOTE LEARNING AGAIN THIS WEEK. OUR BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL MEET THIS TUESDAY, JANUARY 12TH TO REVIEW CURRENT HEALTH CONDITIONS ACROSS THE COUNTY AND DETERMINE IF STUDENTS WILL STILL RETURN ON THE HYBRID MODEL ON JANUARY 19TH.
ALL Remote Learning for Students & New Assignments Posted
All your child’s teachers have scheduled online zoom meetings every day this week for all your child’s classes (except on Wednesday). Teachers have their zoom meeting links on their class page. Here is a schedule for meeting times this week. There are schedules for the 3 teacher and 4 core teacher teams. You child should know which schedule they are following.

Remote Learning Schedules Per Grade Level and Team
During our Remote Learning, we will not follow our A or B schedule format used during our Hybrid Schedule. Students will be able to Zoom with their teachers every day listed on their schedule.

For the second week of Remote learning, the assignments were posted on Friday, January 8th at 4:00 pm. Teachers shared information about deadlines for work from last week. Have students check with their teacher(s) if they have any questions. All work for this week will be due no later than Sunday, January 17th at 11:59pm.
Sports Reminders
With Boys and Girls basketball now playing we wanted to remind parents and our community of the restrictions and guidelines for spectators. Currently our State guidelines limit indoor sports events for middle and high to a maximum of 25 spectators. Parents will not be allowed to travel to away events and the all tickets will only be provided to parents of athletes for home games. Coaches will share information with their players and parents of tickets and assigned games for parents. We certainly would like to have more people attend, however, we must adhere to these guidelines to be able to play. Thank you for your understanding.

MONDAY (1/11) – Remote Day for ALL Students
-Lunch and next day’s breakfast available for pickup from 10am-12noon
– Report Cards Mailed out to ALL students – any student who has failed two or more core classes will be contacted for a parent meeting. These students also have a form to review and complete included with the student’s report card. Please sign and return the form and bring or mail it back to school this week.
