End of 1st grading period / Report Cards / Sports Eligibility
Parents and Students:
It is hard to believe our 1st grading period is now over. (September 25th) The final turn in date for submitting assignments online will be Sunday, September 27th at 11:59pm. With the quick turn-a-round for report cards no late work can be taken.
Please have your student log-in to their Canvas account or check your parent Canvas account to check your child's grades and any assignment not submitted. After report cards are distributed please contact any of your child's teachers to discuss areas of need.
Report cards will be given to Hybrid Group A students on Monday, October 5th. Hybrid Group B students will receive their report card on Thursday, October 8th. All remote student report cards will be mailed on Tuesday, October 6th.
Sports reminder: Students must pass 5 out of 6 classes to be eligible to try out or participate in a sport. We have a tentative date for beginning Golf, volleyball, and cross county in early November.
Chase Middle PTO Meeting - Tuesday, September
Calling all Chase Middle Parents! We are continuing to organize the Chase Middle School Pirate Council (PTO), Mark your calendar for our next meeting on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at 7pm at Chase Middle School. The organization’s purpose is to enhance and support the educational experience at Chase Middle School, to develop a nurturing and closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at Chase Middle School through volunteer and financial support. Any parent, student, or teacher may join the organization. We will follow state and local guidelines for health screenings and all attending will need to wear a mask.

Chase Middle Fall Individual Student Picture Dates – Oct. 5th and 9th
Carolina Photography will be at Chase Middle School on Monday, October 5th and Friday, October 9th to photograph Fall/yearbook pictures.
Schedule:
Mon, 10/5
Hybrid Group A student pictures - classroom will follow schedule and bring students by main hall conference room. Beginning at 8:00am - 10:00am.
Remote Only students - Last name "A through J" can bring their student any time from 10:30-11:30 for their picture.
Friday, 10/9
Hybrid Group B student pictures - classroom will follow schedule and bring students by main hall conference room. Beginning at 8:00am - 10:00am.
Remote Only students - Last name "K through Z" can bring their student any time from 10:30-11:30 for their picture.
You will receive prepay flyers with package information. Families will be able to prepay by going online to place an order or bring the order envelope with payment to the camera on picture day.
