Important Notice:
NCDPI is now asking districts to use the direct URLs to access PowerSchool and Canvas due to the issues with NCEdCloud. The state has made these direct URLs work with our NCEdCloud login credentials. These URLs include:
rcsnc.powerschool.com/admin/ (for admin)
rcsnc.powerschool.com/student/ (for students)
rcsnc.powerschool.com/teachers/ (for teachers).
For Canvas, the direct URL is rcsnc.instructure.com.
The NCEdCloud login screen will still appear, but once logged in, you will bypass the typical dashboard of applications. That particular dashboard of applications is the source of the current statewide issues.
