CMS Updates on Field Trip Reimbursements Next Week for 7th & 8th grade

CMS Update on Field Trip Cancelations and Parent Reimbursements

 Updates as of April 10, 2020

  • Band/Chorus Carrowinds trips – money has been received and we wrote checks and distributed on April 2nd
  • 6th Grade Linville Caverns – money has been received and we wrote checks and distributed on April 8th
  • 7th grade Pigeon Forge Trip – we will have these ready for pickup on Wednesday, April 15th from 10am – 1pm out front of school at the main entrance.  This will only be released to the parent or guardian of the student. Please make sure to have id available if needed.  If your address has changed in the last 6 months you will need to call the school Monday or Tuesday and let us know.

 

  • 8th grade Outer Banks Trip– we will have these ready for pickup on Thursday, April 16th from 10am – 1pm out front of school at the main entrance.    This will only be released to the parent or guardian of the student. Please make sure to have id available if needed.  If your address has changed in the last 6 months you will need to call the school Monday or Tuesday and let us know.
